The Role
We’re looking for someone who can help develop and execute Collectiv’s innovative campaigns for clients, contribute to campaign concepts and ideas, and identify new business opportunities. You’ll lead creative output, manage a small team, and work directly with clients and media partners.
It’s a mix of creative contribution, project delivery, team leadership, and business growth — helping us execute campaigns successfully, pitch new ideas, and strengthen client partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver creative campaigns and brand activations from concept through execution
- Organise projects, timelines, and deliverables to keep everything on track
- Collaborate with clients and media partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage and support a small team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Contribute ideas for pitches and new business opportunities
- Pitch, present, and promote Collectiv to new agencies, clients, and brands
- Ensure all creative output is high-quality, on-brand, and impactful
Who You Are / Skills & Experience
- Experience in a creative agency, marketing, or brand activations company
- Strong creative mindset with experience running brand campaigns
- Comfortable managing people and giving clear direction
- Organised and able to turn ideas into delivered work
- Confident engaging with clients and contributing to pitches or proposals
- Ambitious and driven.

Working Hours & Hybrid Working
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- In-office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (The Tara Building, Dublin 2)
- WFH: Tuesday & Thursday
- Annual Leave: 4 weeks (20 days) + 9 public/bank holidays
