Applications are invited for the position of Accounts Payable Senior within ISAC Ltd. This is a key role within the payables function, with responsibility for the end-to-end processing of a defined group of operating companies.
The person appointed will report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead and will be based at Fortunestown, Tallaght, Dublin 24. ISAC Ltd is a Shared Services Company within the CRH Group which provides a centralised Finance and Administration Function for nine fellow CRH Group companies (Roadstone, Northstone etc.) In this role, you will take ownership of invoice processing and payment execution for a number of these entities, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely delivery.

About The Role
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Own end-to-end AP processing for assigned OpCos (invoice to payment)- Ensure invoices are processed accurately, on time, and in line with controls
- Manage daily invoice and payment workflows and priorities
- Monitor aged payables and resolve outstanding queries
- Act as key contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
- Support payment runs in line with financial controls
- Perform reconciliations and support month-end close
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Support and guide team members as a senior point of reference
- Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
- Other duties as required.

Key Attributes & Experience:
- 5+ years’ accounts payable experience, operating at senior level
- Strong knowledge of AP processes and financial controls
- Experience managing workloads or owning a defined entity/process
- SAP/Oracle and strong Excel skills (or similar)
