At Bambino the Kitchen Assistant plays a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. The position is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organisation, and food safety while supporting the kitchen team with a variety of operational duties. The Kitchen Assistant ensures chefs have the equipment, utensils, ingredients, and clean working environment required to consistently deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced service environment. Although primarily responsible for cleaning and kitchen support, the Kitchen Assistant is an integral member of the kitchen team and is expected to demonstrate initiative, reliability, teamwork, and a strong understanding of food safety standards.

This is a full time position that requires valid work permit allowing to work full time hours.
