We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join our busy daytime café team.
- Prepare ingredients for breakfast, brunch and lunch service.
- Assist chefs with cooking and plating dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Follow recipes and preparation guidelines.
- Ensure food hygiene and HACCP procedures are followed at all times.
- Keep workstations clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Receive and store deliveries correctly.
- Assist with stock rotation and minimise food waste.
- Support with kitchen cleaning duties at the end of service.
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Shared staff accommodation can be provided for the right candidate With all bills and utilities included.

Pay: €16.00-€18.50 per hour
