Nuvo are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Social Care Leader / Person in Charge (PIC) / Designated Centre Administrator to join a progressive disability service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will oversee residential services, lead and support staff teams, and ensure the highest standards of care, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and supervise residential support teams
Ensure full HIQA compliance across designated centres
Promote person-centred planning and independent living
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Coordinate rosters, budgets, and service operations
Maintain accurate records, reports, and care documentation
Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies
Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duties as required
Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
Experience supervising or leading staff teams
Excellent communication, administration, and IT skills
Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and participate in on-call rota
Management or people management qualification

Minimum 3 years' experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities
Experience managing budgets and staffing rosters
Previous leadership or PIC experience
