We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen & restaurant teams.
You’re main responsibilities include ensuring all tables on the restaurant floor are monitored throughout the day and cleaned promptly and safety after customer use, washing pots and pans, keeping floors clean, sanitizing food preparation areas.
Ultimately, you'll help our kitchen adhere to health & safety standards and therefore service customers faster
-Ensure all restaurant tables are cleaned & sanitised after customer use
-Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, cookers, walls) clean and sanitised
-Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
-Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
-Wash cookware, utensils, glassware and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
-Take out rubbish throughout the day
Previous experience in a similar busy environment would be preferable
HACCAP trained also preferable.
