Job Title: Solar Sales Coordinator (Domestic)
Overview:
ePower is a EV charging and Solar solutions company seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Solar Sales Coordinator to support our domestic sales and installation operations. This role is central in supporting solar sales from initial sale through to installation, grant submission, and final invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Administration
- Create and manage sales orders and customer invoices, including deposit tracking.
- Process and send orders to the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Order equipment and liaise with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Confirm final invoice amounts following installation completion.
Customer Support & Coordination
- Support customers with SEAI grant applications and related documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure completion of any pre-installation requirements identified during surveys.
- Provide clear updates and manage expectations regarding timelines and next steps.
Technical & Operational Support
- Review contractor survey reports to ensure consistency with original system designs.
- Identify discrepancies and provide feedback to the Sales team with recommended remedial actions.
- Confirm project readiness and issue acceptance to the installations team.
Compliance & Documentation
- Submit NC applications to ESB Networks in line with regulatory requirements.
- Check and upload all installation images and required documentation to the SEAI grant portal.
- Ensure all project files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Verify contractor invoices against completed works to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations role (energy/solar sector desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Competence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
