HOW YOU'LL MAKE YOUR MARK

Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.

Work alongside the Paid Social Manager to develop channel strategies that align with client objectives.

Monitor campaign performance daily — optimising bids, audiences, creative, and placements to drive results.

Produce clear, insightful reports that translate data into meaningful stories for clients and internal teams.

Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and emerging formats — and bring ideas to the table.

Collaborate with creative, analytics, and wider digital teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.

Contribute to client presentations and help communicate the value of paid social activity.

Support the team on new business initiatives and agency-wide projects as opportunities arise.

Approximately 3 years' experience specialising in paid social media.

Hands-on platform experience across Meta Ads Manager (essential) and ideally TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Snapchat.

A strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data, reporting tools, and turning numbers into insight.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal — you can explain a campaign result clearly and confidently.

Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Proactive and curious — you don't wait to be told about new platform features or best practices.

A genuine team player who brings energy and positivity to the people around them.
