We are looking for an organised and professional Sales & Administration Coordinator to become a key part of our growing team.
About the Role
This is a varied office and showroom-based role combining customer service, sales support and business administration.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping manage enquiries, coordinating projects, supporting the sales process and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, pays attention to detail and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Managing showroom and studio consultations
- Preparing quotations and following up enquiries
- Coordinating sample requests and customer communications
- Booking surveys and appointments
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting invoicing and payment administration
- Chasing outstanding payments professionally
- Updating CRM and internal systems
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier administration
- Helping maintain a professional and organised office environment
About You
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support or office coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
Desirable
- Experience working in interiors, construction, design, retail or similar industries
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience preparing quotations or processing orders
