Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute corporate strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Conduct market analysis, comparative benchmarking, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with business priorities.
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Executive Support:
- Support executive leadership in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
- Facilitate strategic discussions and workshops with senior management.
Skills/Competencies
- 7+ years of analytics, consulting, product strategy or corporate strategy - Experience in technology or online services marketplace is a plus.
- Exceptional data-based l and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing strategic initiatives like marketplace optimization, market expansion, Innovation and R&D.
- Technical skills required - Financial modeling experience, SQL, T-SQL, Tableau (or similar - Qlik, Google Data Studio)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Python/R or other programming language is desirable
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 100,000 - 150,000 EUR per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
