New Store/Cafe opening in historic area of Limerick.
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Shop Floor & Deli Staff to join our retail team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product enquiries.- Replenish shelves and ensure products are well presented and correctly priced.- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shop-floor areas.- Prepare and serve deli products according to company standards.- Follow food safety, hygiene, and temperature-control procedures.- Check product quality, freshness, dates, and stock rotation.- Assist with receiving deliveries, stock control, and reducing waste.- Operate tills and handle cash/card payments when required.- Support promotional displays and maintain high merchandising standards.- Keep the deli, counters, equipment, and work areas clean and hygienic.- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures.- Work effectively as part of a busy retail team.Requirements- Previous retail, supermarket, deli, or food-service experience is an advantage.- Friendly and professional approach to customers.- Good communication and teamwork skills.- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Good attention to cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.- Flexible to work weekends and varying shifts.

Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
