Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Fill/Pack Team Leader, the General Operator is responsible for supporting production processes with general operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Working in a Cleanroom environment under quality control systems. Candidates will therefore have to ensure quality standards are always upheld.
Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialized products to make sure that correct specifications are followed.
Always Maintaining high attention to detail.
Achieve daily/weekly production targets.
Responsible for ensuring training requirements are up to date.
Adhere to GMP policies and ensure that health and safety procedures and regulations are always followed.
Ensure all specific process cleaning requirements are performed as per SOP.
Ensure Production responsibilities for changeovers are performed as per SOP.
Report and escalate all issues to Production Team Leader as per Escalation SOP.
Adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Other duties assigned by Team Leader, Production Supervisor/Manager.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an industrial manufacturing setting. Medical device, pharmaceutical or FMCG desirable.
Personal Attributes:
- Analytical and logical way of thinking, goal-orientation and results driven.
- Self-starter with high energy.
- Efficient problem solver.
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Must be able to work individually but also as part of a broader production team.
- Must be able to get to work independently on time.
- English speaking.
