Mosaic Beauty is a thriving, high-demand salon with an established client base and a reputation for modern, detail-driven beauty treatments. As our bookings continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Nail Technician / Beautician to join our friendly, professional team.

The Role
- Employed position – 10 to 40 hours per week
- Flexitime, including weekends and some evenings
- All tools, products, and equipment provided
- Continuous professional development supported with advanced training
- Occasional front-of-house tasks (greeting clients, basic admin)
- Join a positive, supportive team in a busy, in-demand salon
Pay
€14.15 – €16.00 per hour, depending on:
- Skill level and range of services
- Additional beauty skills (e.g. lashes, waxing)
- Finish standards and consistency
- Client retention and rebooking
- Communication and client care
- Portfolio quality and overall experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy salon or clinic
- Confident in BIAB, gel polish, e-file, and gel extensions
- Strong attention to detail — must deliver clean, long-lasting results (portfolio required)
- Nail tech certification (+ relevant beauty certificates for other services)
- Friendly, professional communication and excellent client care
- High standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
- Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- Bonus: additional beauty skills and/or social media content experience
