After School Teacher at Dublin Waldorf School
The Dublin Waldorf School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years After-School Teacher to work with our kindergarten from 12 - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday.
From 12 - 2pm, the role will work with a lead teacher in a break cover position.
From 2.30 - 5.30 pm, the role will lead a small group of kindergarten (early years) children (aged 3 - 5 years) in afterschool activities including snack time, organised activities, free play, and garden play.
Additionally there are opportunities to increase hours within the school through substitute work. This is a great way to learn more about the Waldorf teaching method and approach in early years and primary school.

Role Requirements:
Start date: 01 September 2026
End date: 30 June 2027
Applicants must have a QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care or equivalent.
Applicants must be fluent in English, e.g. English Mastery, CEFR Level C1.
Applicants must have the appropriate work visa in place to apply.
Ideally, applicants will have knowledge and interest in Waldorf Education.
Ideally, applicants will have First Aid Responder training.
