- Manage the workshop stores and parts inventory on a day-to-day basis
- Order parts for HGV, trailer, and refrigeration repairs
- Receive, check, and book parts into the stock management system
- Issue parts to mechanics and track usage
- Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out stock take
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and deliveries
- Purchase order number management
- Ensure parts are correctly allocated to job cards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient stores area
- Work closely with workshop management to support operational efficiency
- Previous experience in a workshop stores, parts, or inventory role
- Experience ordering and managing parts within an automotive, HGV, plant, or similar environment would be beneficial
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience using stock control or workshop management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Be a team player
- Must have min 3 years experence
Pay: €38,000.00-€43,000.00 per year
