We are currently seeking an experienced Fitter Turner / Toolmaker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual with experience operating both manual and CNC lathes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes.
- Manufacture and repair precision components to engineering drawings.
- Perform fitting, assembly, and machining tasks.
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter Turner.
- Strong experience operating both manual and CNC lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant trade qualification preferred.
