We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help ensure our floral arrangements and gift orders leave the store in perfect condition.
This is a full-time role that requires a team player with great time management and communication skills. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards before it goes out for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and attach card messages to customer orders
- Add gift items (e.g., chocolates, balloons) to arrangements
- Check and ensure the quality and presentation of arrangements
- Capture photos/videos of completed orders for records and social media
- Communicate with the customer service team regarding order updates or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Share workload evenly and take responsibility for individual tasks
About You:
- Good written and verbal English
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Confident using computers, tablets, and apps
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative
- Basic flower knowledge is a bonus - but full training will be provided

Availability:
- Must be available for weekend and occasional overtime, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
