Role Title: EAP Associate
Location: Naas Road
Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term (1 year)
Vhi Health & Wellbeing Dac currently has a fixed term (1 year) full-time role in Corporate Services for the position of EAP Associate based in Naas Road.
The EAP Associate will work with our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) team & Wellness Specialists to service Vhi’s Corporate and Self Pay clients and maximise opportunities to grow the business, support wellbeing requirements and secure retention of existing customer base.
What will you do:-
Manage the provision of client organizations’ EAP programmes and deliver on key Service Level Agreements which will include the provision of regular reports, on-site visits and the planning of EAP initiatives when required.
- Providing support to client organisations in areas such as EAP referral, Additional sessions & Critical Incident Response.
- Supporting with EAP presentations to clients when needed.

Work collaboratively in the provision of “light touch” wellness and associated training requirements across all corporate clients.
- Responsibility for the provision of training services to Vhi EAP & Corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with Human Resources, Health & Safety and Occupational Health contacts with a view to offering tailored solutions for clients that reflect all Vhi Corporate Solutions services.

Keep up-to-date with international best practice and enhance the services provided to client organisations to reflect their changing needs and EAP market trends.
- Support particular areas of service development within the EAP offering.
- Attend and Represent Vhi at CISM Network Ireland meetings when required.
- Complete other adhoc projects as and when required.

What will you need to be successful:
Education & Knowledge:
- A relevant third level qualification that has a psychology, counselling, health or wellness component is desirable but not essential.

Full, clean driving licence. Flexibility to travel as required to multiple corporate client locations.
Experience:-
A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Client Relationship Management or a customer focused role where relationship building is a critical success factor.

Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and a commitment to meeting agreed targets.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and resilience including the ability to deal with challenging situations effectively, when they arise.
Technical:
- Proven ability to support and retain corporate clients through best-in-class account management.
- Proven ability to deliver on organisational goals & targets.

Demonstrates flexibility and an ability to work on one’s own initiative when required.

Exceptional planning and time management, effective prioritisation to foster the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.

Integration and contribution to a high performing team culture.
- Update & maintain data within EAP operational and financial reporting systems such as QPulse, Salesforce, and APEX etc.
Interpersonal:-
Proven organisational and planning skills - a self-starter.
- A strong team ethic and inclusive approach to problem solving and knowledge sharing.
- Proven stakeholder and 3rd party management capability.

A flexible approach to support out of hours client requirements where required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.

A degree of flexibility to adapt to a developing and evolving role will be required.
