Job Title: Project Manager - Kitchen & Wardrobe Installations
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: €50-60K DOE + Company Vehicle + Phone + Laptop
About the Role
We are looking for someone who knows kitchens and is ready to take the next step in their career.
This isn't a showroom sales position and it isn't a desk-only project management role.
You'll take ownership of commercial kitchen projects from signed-off design through to completed installation, working directly with our Commercial Manager, production team, builders and fitting teams. Our projects range from developments of 10 Houses to developments of 300+ Houses
If you're currently a Kitchen Designer, Senior Kitchen Fitter, Installation Manager, Contracts Coordinator or Project Manager and feel you're capable of more, we'd like to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for your projects from sign-off through to completion, including:
- Carrying out site surveys and accurate measurements
- Reviewing and updating kitchen drawings
- Preparing projects for handover to production
- Programming installations around production lead times, site requirements and fitter availability
- Allocating work to fitting teams and maintaining a strong pipeline of work for each team
- Liaising directly with builders and site management
- Managing day-to-day calls from fitters and resolving site issues, shortages or technical queries
- Inspecting completed installations
- Preparing snag lists and coordinating remedial works
- Driving each project through to a clean, completed handover
Ideal Background
The most important thing is that you understand kitchens.
You should be comfortable looking at a kitchen, a drawing or an issue on site and understanding what needs to happen next.
Experience with ArtiCAD would be a major advantage, but it is not essential for the right person – training can be provided.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Technically strong with kitchens and kitchen installation
- Highly organised
- Comfortable dealing with tradespeople and construction site management
- Confident making decisions and solving problems
- Able to manage several projects and fitting teams simultaneously
- Comfortable taking responsibility and seeing a job through
- Ambitious and interested in developing into a senior role as our commercial division continues to grow
What We Offer

You'll work directly alongside our Commercial Manager during your initial months, learning our systems, projects, customers and processes before progressively taking ownership of your own workload.
You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial project and contracts management, with genuine responsibility and room to progress as the division grows.
