About Us
We are an international bilingual kindergarten (parent initiative) in the heart of Munich with more
than 30 years of history. Our small, family-oriented preschool supports children aged 3 to 6
according to the Montessori approach. Daily activities are conducted primarily in English, while
children in their final preschool year are specifically prepared for the German school system. Our
community thrives through dedicated educators and actively involved parents.
Your Responsibilities
• Independently prepare and conduct Montessori activities
- Work closely with the lead educator, contribute ideas, and implement them together
- Observe and support children throughout the daily routine
- Assist with the preschool readiness and school preparation program
- Plan and deliver learning activities and project work
- Support the preparation of developmental reports
- Assist with birthday celebrations and special events
- Train and guide interns and trainees
- Provide care and support for children, including assistance with toilet training and personal
hygiene development
- Maintain order and care of the classroom and Montessori materials
What We Are Looking For
• Qualified Childcare Assistant (Kinderpfleger/in) – this qualification is mandatory
- Good English skills – teaching and communication take place primarily in English
- Ability to start work at 07:00
- Sensitive and professional approach to toilet training and personal care development
- Interest in the Montessori philosophy and willingness to pursue further training
- Enjoy working with children aged 3–6, with empathy and patience
- Initiative and enthusiasm for actively shaping daily preschool life
- Strong team spirit and a reliable, cooperative working style
- Identification with and support for the parent initiative model
