About the role:
Position: General Operative/ Handy man
Hours: 39 hours per week - 07:00 am - 15:30 pm
Rate of Pay: €15.30 per hour
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin
Job Description:
- Plan and prioritise tasks
- Carry out routine repair work and/or building maintenance as required
- Maintain and store all allocated equipment and ensure that appropriate, well-maintained and properly serviced equipment is used at all times
- Complete all required records and documentation and ensure there are clear logs of all completed tasks
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and legislation
- Adhere to Company and Client policies and procedures
- Report any areas of concern to Line Manager
- Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas
- Report all incidents, accidents and emergencies
- To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management.
- Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
