Description
Our Ballsbridge office is expanding and we are looking for an exceptional Payroll Administrator to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to further develop their career within a modern, progressive, and people-focused firm.
You will be taking ownership of complex end-to-end payrolls and bookkeeping tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Duties:
Assisting with the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
Ensuring compliance with Irish payroll legislation, including Revenue submissions
Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
Supporting the preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations
Bookkeeping & Accounts Duties:
Posting purchase invoices and sales invoices
Bank and creditor reconciliations
Assisting with VAT returns preparation
Supporting senior staff with general accounts administration
Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
Key Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
Strong communication skills
A willingness to learn and develop within payroll and accounting
Previous experience in a payroll role
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g. BrightPay)
