Cleaning Supervisor - Co. Wicklow
RenDoCleaning | Private Homes & Small Offices
€17+ per hour | 25-35 hours per week | Monday-Friday | Paid travel time | Mileage allowance | Annual bonus
Are you someone who takes real pride in doing a job properly?
Do you notice the little details, care about the quality of your work and enjoy helping others achieve the same high standard?
RenDoCleaning is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Co. Wicklow.
This is more than simply checking whether a job has been done. We are looking for someone who will lead by example - working alongside the cleaning team, demonstrating the standards we expect and supporting the team to deliver excellent service to our customers.
You don't need to be an experienced house cleaner
Experience in house cleaning would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
We are more interested in finding someone with experience in the cleaning industry, a strong work ethic and the right attitude.
If you are reliable, organised, have an eye for detail and genuinely care about delivering a high-quality service, we will provide the training you need to succeed in the role.
Your role
As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will:
- Work alongside the cleaning team in private homes and small offices
- Lead by example and demonstrate the cleaning standards expected by RenDoCleaning
- Make sure every job is completed to a consistently high standard
- Support and guide team members when needed
- Step into a leadership role when the situation requires it
- Help team members improve their cleaning techniques and standards
- Check that the correct products, equipment and procedures are being used
- Identify areas where improvements can be made
- Help create a positive and cooperative team environment
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or customer feedback
- Take pride in the final result and make sure our customers receive a service we can be proud of
What kind of person are we looking for?
We would love to meet someone who is:
- Experienced in the cleaning industry
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Passionate about high standards and attention to detail
- Someone who notices when something isn't quite right and takes action
- Comfortable taking responsibility and leading when necessary
- A supportive and respectful team player
- Positive and approachable
- Willing to learn and improve
- Able to communicate in basic English with the team and management
- Comfortable working in different homes and environments
- A confident driver with your own car
Previous supervisory experience is welcome but not essential. We are happy to train the right person.
What we offer
€17 per hour to start
25-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Typical working hours are around 9:00am-5:00pm, although working times can vary depending on the day's schedule and client requirements.

✅ Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and positive client feedback
✅ Annual bonus
✅ No regular weekend work - Saturday work would only be required on rare occasions when necessary
✅ No Bank Holiday Monday work
✅ Full training provided

✅ Ongoing support from management
You won't be left on your own
Being a supervisor means having responsibility - but it should never mean having to deal with every problem alone.
At RenDoCleaning, we believe in supporting our people. If a difficult situation, customer issue or team problem arises, management is there to help.
We want our supervisors to feel comfortable asking questions, raising concerns and suggesting improvements.
We also believe that good ideas can come from anyone in the team. If you see a better way of doing something, we want to hear it.
We appreciate the people who make our company possible
RenDoCleaning is a growing company, but we want to keep the feeling of being a supportive and respectful team.
We know that cleaning is hard work. We know that working in different homes and keeping consistently high standards takes effort, energy and responsibility.
That's why we don't want our employees to feel like they are simply "another person on the payroll."
When you work hard, we notice it. When customers recognise your work, we notice it. When you help your team, we notice it.
Your performance and positive customer feedback can lead to pay increases and further opportunities within the company.
We want people who join RenDoCleaning to have the opportunity to grow with us, take on more responsibility and build a long-term future with the company.
Important requirements
- Own car and valid driving licence
- Experience in the cleaning industry
- Basic English for communication with the team and management
- Flexibility with working times
- Reliability and good attendance
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Genuine commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
Could this be you?
If you're someone who looks at a finished job and thinks:
“I want to know that this has been done properly.”
If you enjoy helping others, aren't afraid to take responsibility and want to work for a company where hard work is recognised and appreciated, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't have to know everything on your first day.
We can teach you our systems, standards and procedures.
What we can't teach is care, pride in your work, reliability and the desire to do things properly.
If you have those qualities, RenDoCleaning would love to hear from you.
To apply: Please send us a short message introducing yourself, your cleaning industry experience and why you feel you would be a good fit for the RenDoCleaning team.
Pay: From €17.00 per hour
