We're looking for a driven and personable PR & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of the agency — you'll be winning new business, growing and nurturing our talent roster, and helping shape the agency's public presence.
Key responsibilities:
- New business: Identify and secure new brand partnerships and commercial opportunities for the agency
- Talent growth: Support the growth of our talent pool by scouting and onboarding new creators
- Talent development: Advise existing talent on content strategy, page growth, and how to secure more brand work
- Agency profile: Manage social media posting to showcase the agency's work and campaigns
- Reporting: Compile end-of-campaign reports for brand partners
- Relationship management: Act as a key point of contact between talent and brands, ensuring strong ongoing relationships
- Research: Conduct industry and trend research across beauty, lifestyle and hospitality
- Creative input: Contribute to campaign ideation and creative development
- Presentations: Assist in preparing client presentations and strategic decks
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies and industry contacts
About You
- Three or more years' experience in PR, talent management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships or social media roles required
- Strong understanding of the Irish and UK creator landscape
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Passionate about content creators, social platforms and emerging trends
- Strong creative eye and understanding of social trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong PowerPoint skills and confident using the tools of the trade, from social analytics to contracts and reporting
- Based in Dublin, with flexibility for hybrid working
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
