Hospitality or retail experience preferred but not essential.
Driving sales
- Establishes and maintains trusted relationships with new and existing three customers creating loyalty to the network whilst identifying new sales opportunities.
- Delivers consistently on your individual and team KPI's as well as striving to beat them.
- Support the store manager in taking actions that drive the business forward.
The skills we're looking for
- Strong experience in a retail environment or hospitality environment
- Passionate about delivering customer experience beyond our customers' expectations.
- Proven success in consistently achieving KPI's and working to deadlines in a customer facing and/or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen.
