Responsibilities
New Customer Acquisition
· Develop and nurture leads, converting prospects into active customers.
· Initiate outbound outreach to prospective clients.
· Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present Buttercups Uniforms and understand client requirements.
· Identify and pursue opportunities within key target sectors.
· Reactivate dormant accounts, rebuilding relationships and generating new business.
· Attend industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings to support business development activities.
Customer and Channel Development
· Build and maintain strong relationships across new and existing customer accounts.
· Identify opportunities for:
Cross-selling
Upselling
Repeat business
· Support expansion into new market sectors and sales channels.
· Contribute to long-term account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Pipeline & Commercial Management
· Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation through to order conversion.
· Track opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
· Support revenue growth through proactive pipeline management and consistent follow-up activities.
CRM & Reporting
- Utilise CRM systems to build and maintain a robust prospect and customer database.
- Ensure accurate tracking and management of all sales opportunities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
