YURIKO Sushi & Ramen Bar is a modern Japanese restaurant bringing authentic Japanese flavours and hospitality to Dublin. We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused waiting staff who share our passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine Japanese-style hospitality.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve sushi, ramen, and other Japanese dishes professionally.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests.
- Recommend food and drink pairings.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well presented.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Deliver an outstanding dining experience for every customer.
Preferred Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Experience working in a Japanese restaurant, sushi restaurant, ramen restaurant, or other Asian cuisine restaurant.
- Japanese language skills (spoken) to support communication with Japanese-speaking customers and team members.
- Good knowledge of Japanese food, sushi, ramen, and Japanese dining etiquette.
- Experience using restaurant POS systems.
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
Preferred Skills
- Japanese speaking ability (preferred).
- Knowledge of Japanese food and culture.
- Experience serving Asian cuisine.
- Food safety and hygiene certification.
- Previous hospitality experience.
