Contracts manager - Painting.
Working for a growing private Facilities Management company in Dublin west.
Reporting into the MD and Head of Operations, this individual will be responsible for helping to grow and build out the Painting offering to current and prospective clients.
Main duties include:
Ability to price, sell, order materials & manage completion of painting work for residential and commercial clients.
Needs to understand paint and how to price the work. Needs to also know how to manage a job & painters on site to complete to spec.
Sales management of pipeline.
Customer service and building of relationships with painting customers essential as they will be leading the growth of this brand.
Currently 2 painters and growing.
Helping with growth of brand: hiring, looking for new opportunities, outbound business development with commercial clients, client meetings.
