Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and stock control
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Plan staff schedules and manage labour effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Good understanding of financial management and stock control
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
