We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with similar values. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing weekly payrolls
- Liaising with management in relation to payroll and tax queries
- Adhering to deadlines in the processing and submission of Revenue returns
- Demonstrating good knowledge of tax and social welfare statutory regulations
- Keeping up to date with industry and legislative changes
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industry standards
A successful candidate will likely have the following background:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Payroll, ideally with an IPASS qualification
- Proficient understanding of current Payroll, Revenue, and Employment legislation
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
