Key Duties
Serve customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes & hot beverages.
Take customer orders and process payments using the till/POS system.
Maintain excellent product presentation and display standards.
Keep the café, seating areas, counters, and equipment clean and hygienic at all times.
Restock ingredients, packaging, drinks, and retail items as required.
Follow food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures.
Open and close the premises following company procedures.
Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Friendly and positive attitude.
Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.
Flexible to work weekends if required.
Previous café or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.

Pay: €14.15-€17.50 per hour
