We are recruiting a lead chef for a bistro in Christchurch, Dublin 8. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a sous chef and be capable of providing simple and well presented dishes, working out of a small neat sized kitchen.
Monday to Sunday operations with certain weekends off per quarter. This is a tourist destination so can get very busy. HACCP qualification is essential for this position.
