We are a small independent childrenswear boutique situated in the heart of Naas town centre. This post is to cover a maternity leave period of time and will be estimated to be in the region of 9 - 12 months.
The role of Assistant Manager is to manage the day to day running of the shop floor to include the following:
*Driving daily and weekly sales performance
*Assisting with instore displays, window dressing and maintaining a high level of presentation of the shop floor
*Managing inventory, receiving deliveries, processing exchanges etc
*Creating Social Media content and website imagery upload
Overall the role is to build upon the strong customer base already established within the boutique and to be engaging, have strong communication skills and a strong work ethic.
I would like the successful candidate to ideally start early August 2026 to allow a few weeks cross over with current AM before they leave to commence Maternity Leave.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
