As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and help scale the business to the next level.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and consistent production of high-quality products. The successful candidate will oversee daily production activities, manage production teams, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations across all manufacturing areas.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Monitor productivity, labour utilisation, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Work closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and NPD teams.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage production KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
- Support staff training, development, and performance management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Experience within food, beverage, nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing environments is desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and health & safety requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
