Comeback Luxury Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Property Acquisition Executive to help grow our accommodation business across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new accommodation contracts with government bodies, local authorities, charities, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, estate agents, and property owners.
- Source suitable residential and commercial properties for temporary accommodation.
- Negotiate lease agreements and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events.
- Develop new business opportunities and support the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, property, sales, real estate, or account management is desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- A full driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
