Our Pensions Group is one of the leading specialist teams in the Irish pensions sector. The Group has considerable experience providing advice on all aspects of pensions law to a wide range of corporate clients, public sector and former public sector clients, pension scheme trustees and scheme members.
The Group provides the full range of pension advice including advice on scheme design, scheme set up, scheme administration, scheme mergers and winding ups. In addition, the Group advises on the pension aspects of mergers and acquisitions including the conduct of due diligence, the negotiation of related warranties and the merging or de-merging of pension schemes. We advise on a range of issues dealing with scheme administration and governance issues on a day-to-day basis. We also advise employers and trustees generally on all regulatory and compliance aspects of pension scheme administration including the handling of complaints and Pensions Authority enquiries and investigations. We advise companies and trustees on the full range of issues in relation to all aspects of occupational pension provisions.

Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Pensions practice group and wider Commercial team.
- Comprehensive email and diary management
- Manage AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Management of billing process to include time entry, invoicing, client account balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Managing audit/accrual requests for clients
- Maintain electronic files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates
- Digital dictation
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements, meetings and itineraries
- Processing Expenses
- Maintaining and updating client database
- Ad-hoc duties as required

4+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA
- Pensions experience beneficial but not essential
- In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems
- Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
- High degree of attention to detail
- Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Team player, who can also work on their own initiative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
