We are looking for a chef to join our team in our busy seafood shop in Mullingar town .
The Fish Market is a small family run business in the centre of Mullingar town . We provide takeaway and small sit down area for our hot food service. We try to keep the menu as fresh as possible but very manageable for a fast service. We prepare precooked product for sale on our cold counters.
The person we need for this role must have 2 years experience of working in a kitchen environment. The duties will involve the job description plus daily ordering , haccp and general cleaning of there area
The hours will be discussed when employed
We close every Sunday and Monday and also close on a Tuesday if its a bank holiday weekend . We also close for 10 days over the Xmas period.
