Parts Advisor / Senior Parts Advisor — Sheils Motor Group, Galway
Sheils Motor Group, one of Ireland's largest motor groups, is seeking a Parts Advisor or Senior Parts Advisor to join our busy Galway dealership.
Motor trade experience is welcome but not essential — candidates with experience in a fast-paced goods-in / goods-out environment (for example DIY or warehouse retail such as B&Q, Woodies, or similar) are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities
- Handle parts orders, enquiries, and supplier sourcing
- Support workshop technicians with timely parts supply
- Manage goods inward/outward, stock control, and returns
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Experience working in a busy stock-handling, warehouse, or trade counter environment
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Excellent communication and customer focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team
- Saturday work (9-1pm) Required from time to time on rotational basis.
