As Assistant Take Away Manager, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, leading the team, ensuring smooth service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with the General Manager and support in running a fast-paced, high-volume take away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing front- and back-of-house operations
- Lead and support staff during busy service times
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and food quality
- Help with staff training, scheduling, and stock control
- Handle customer issues professionally
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a similar supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy floor
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
