As we prepare for our 2027 season, we’re hiring three Customer Experience Specialists with a passion for helping others to join our friendly, customer-focused team. Fluency in Italian or Spanish is highly advantageous, though not essential. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have smooth, memorable trips — from booking through to walking the trails.

This role is home-based, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs per week. A dedicated home office space and strong broadband connection are required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer emails and calls in a friendly, efficient way
- Booking accommodation and transfers
- Updating customer documentation with care and accuracy
- Using our in-house software to manage bookings
- Collaborating with your team to solve issues quickly
- Attending occasional training or meetings in Galway
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish is highly advantageous – please tell us about your language skills in your application
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- A team player with a can-do, positive attitude
- Able to work remotely in a quiet, dedicated space with strong broadband
- Within 1 hour of Galway (for occasional office days)
