Roughan O'Donovan (ROD) is looking to recruit an administrative assistant with a minimum of three years' relevant experience for this important role in our busy administration/office support team in Santry, Dublin.
Job type: Fixed-term contract
Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
Location: Santry, Dublin 17
Maintain a projects database and run reports
Assist with hard/soft copy project filing on a weekly basis
Coordinate, attend and take minutes at project meetings/workshops
Coordinate and collate input for weekly/monthly client reports for projects
Update incoming and outgoing document management registers
Implement a project document management strategy
Schedule meetings and send Skype invitations to remote attendees when necessary
Manage meeting rooms
Order catering for meetings, when necessary
Manage office canteens/kitchens
Check stock levels and order kitchen supplies, when required
Minimum of three years' experience working in a project administration/support services role
Experience of office filing systems
Experience of producing meeting agendas and minute taking
Experience of data entry and working on databases
Excellent attention to detail
Naturally methodical and good at keeping systems/records updated
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good data entry/typing skills
Flexible and hardworking
Fluent in spoken and written English
