About the role:
The Supervisor role is a part time position allowing for flexibility with working hours while available to work during the week and Saturdays in Our Dublin City location. You will be supported by the Head Manager, Company Administrator and the Clinical Director. Your workday will mainly focus on front desk duties and patient care while overseeing the clinic as well as Ad-hoc duties.
What we are looking for:
- Front facing customer service experience with a positive, proactive mindset
- Ability to use basic computer systems (I.e. Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment & time management is a must
- Friendly & Welcoming
- People & Attention to detail focus
- Reliable & Trustworthy
- Team Player but also able to work on own Initiative
- Ability to cover holidays of other staff
- Fluent English
