Store Manager - Tralee Co Kerry
Our client, a leading Irish fashion brands department store retailer, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their successful store in Tralee, co Kerry. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to join a business renowned for its strong customer offering across fashion, homeware, beauty, and lifestyle categories.
The successful candidate will take ownership of store performance, lead a large team, and drive a culture focused on customer service, commercial success, and operational excellence. This role is ideally suited to a Store Manager with experience in department stores, fashion retail, or other large-scale customer-focused retail environments.
Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the store.

Lead, develop, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Drive commercial performance through effective planning, organisation, and leadership.

Monitor store results and identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.

Ensure high standards are maintained across store presentation, stock management, and operations.

Manage staffing levels and resources to support the needs of the business.

Promote a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Requirements

3+ years of high-volume retail management experience.

Fashion experience is advantageous.

Proven ability to lead and develop teams within a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results.

Passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.

Excellent communication and people management skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
