Ensure strong RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
-
Oversee data migration, integration, and reporting workstreams, including integrations with payroll, HRIS, and ERP systems.

Demonstrate the use of structured, iterative methodologies; manage scope changes, communicate impacts clearly, and secure approvals when needed.
-
Maintain realistic and robust project plans using standard tools (e.g., MS Project), ensuring regular and transparent communication to all stakeholders.
-
Use metrics and reporting to assess project success and make necessary adjustments.
-
Identify, quantify, and manage issues impacting delivery, ensuring clear prioritisation and resolution pathways.
-
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and project post-mortems to drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption.

Ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget, while contributing to forecasting, financial management, and resource planning.
