OIC Cleaning was established in 1982 by Frank McEwen, initially as a commercial cleaning specialist. Since that time, the company has continued to grow and currently has over 180 employees, remaining one of the largest and most successful Irish Family-owned cleaning contractors’ company in Leinster.
Purpose of the Role
OIC Cleaning are excited to recruit for the position of an Area Manager to join a busy and dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Area Manager is to manage the cleaning function within multiple sites ensuring the highest level of Client satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Responsibility:
- With the support of HR look after the full employee cycle
- Responsible for site specific recruitment.
- Site specific training, development, engagement and management of all new and existing members of the team.
- Ensure the completion of work is carried out to the highest standards
- Completion of orientation paperwork with all new members of the team.
- Conduct weekly Site Audits to ensure cleaning standards are maintained at all times
- Meet and communicate with Clients on a regular basis to ensure that Client needs are met at all times.
- Adhere to Health and Safety at all times and ensure that Health and Safety is applied at all times.
- Complete fortnightly payroll information by using our in-house system (training will be provided).
- Stock and equipment control.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous supervision/management experience of a minimum of 1 year is essential
- Experience within Contract Cleaning including Industrial Cleaning essential
- Have previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Full Clean Driver’s License is absolutely essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-site operation that requires travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€39,000.00 per year
