We're a friendly, independent car dealership with a reputation for honest service, quality vehicles, and looking after our customers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to become an important part of our team.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll support the sales process, help market our vehicles, create engaging social media content, and provide excellent customer service. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a small business where your ideas matter, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting customers in the showroom and providing a warm, professional first impression.
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email, social media, and online sales platforms.
- Booking appointments and supporting customers throughout their buying journey.
- Following up with sales leads and helping to build customer relationships.
- Photographing and filming vehicles for online advertising and social media.
- Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Uploading and maintaining vehicle adverts across online marketplaces.
- Helping plan promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns.
- Keeping customer records and sales administration organised and up to date.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the dealership and helping wherever needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys dealing with people.
- Confident using social media and creating engaging content.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- A good communicator with strong written and verbal English.
- Confident using computers and everyday office software.
- Interested in cars and the automotive industry (helpful but not essential).
- A full Irish driving licence.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
- Photography or video editing skills.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience with online vehicle advertising platforms.
Pay: From €27,899.31 per year
