Inbound Sales Executive for Solar

ePower supply, install and manage solar systems across the island of Ireland.

Established in 2019, with offices in Cork and Dublin, we have a team of 60 strong and growing.

Responsibilities of the Role

· You will be selling PV Solar systems to our Residential Customers Nation Wide.

· Working individually and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

· Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads

· Work between the customer and the design team to come up with best solution

· Supporting customers in selecting their PV Solar system by providing advice on products including inverters and battery solutions.

· Reviewing installation details and providing costings for different options to customers.

· Following up via telephony and email channels to support customer in their decision.

· Ensure all sales administration is up to date and accurate, optimising our CRM system

Skills Required

Minimum 2 to 3 years Sales experience , ideally in the Solar sector
3rd level qualification whilst not required is desirable.
You do not need an electrical background but you do need to demonstrate that, with product training, you can quickly become knowledgeable on the subject of Solar Panels.
Drive to meet or exceed targets.
The ability to multitask, prioritise your workload and manage your time.
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
Written and verbal communication skills
Negotiating skills
IT skills, including the use of CRM systems and Excel
The ability to analyse what works / does not and change approach accordingly
Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
