ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to internal and external customers across the EMEA region. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing and tracking orders through the ERP system, providing accurate information on product availability and lead times, and resolving service-related issues promptly and professionally. The successful candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating closely with the Customer Service team, internal departments, and Sales to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.
YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

Respond professionally to customer calls, emails, inquiries, and service requests.

Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system and track them through to delivery.

Provide timely information on product availability, order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of orders, credits, returns, and related documentation.

Resolve customer concerns and order-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to support customer requirements and follow-up activities.

Participate in customer meetings, visits, and team discussions to improve service delivery.
- Perform other related responsibilities in line with business requirements.
YOUR ELIGIBILITY
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving service-related issues.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems, customer portals, order-tracking platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong English communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused professional who can work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Experience supporting EMEA customers or working within a multinational environment will be an added advantage.
