Purpose Of the Job
Coca- Cola HBC Digital Customer & Consumer Platform Services team is currently seeking a confident, creative, and customer-focused Business Partner.
In this role, using extensive research methodologies, you will perform detailed research in your assigned field, analyze the gathered evidence, and present your findings. You will play a vital role in sourcing and extracting valuable customer, competitor, and market information to benefit our organization when developing technology solutions.
In the discovery phase, you will oversee planning, designing and carrying out activities with users and customers that help D&TP and business teams get a deep understanding of all interaction touch points in using our solutions and products. Your role will be to inform new propositions, services and interaction design based on evidence of user needs with an objective our technology products and services achieve business outcomes. In addition, materialize tangible business value through implementation & adoption of products & features.
Your role will be focusing on identification of users’ behaviors, needs and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other methodologies that incorporate both the social and technological context. You will need to ensure significant involvement of business users in the design of the end-to-end journey of a service/solution to uncover opportunities for new solutions, technology products and services.

Main responsibilities

- Organise and sustain a highly skilled and capable digital community of experts in their respective function (KUs\Citizen Developers) behind automation\reporting\support.
- Participate in agile teams representing country business view
- Drive productivity and efficiency though process digitalization and automation
- Drive cost optimisation through efficient CAPEX\OPEX management
- Coordinate the regular releases to ensure smooth transition and change management where needed
- Work closely with Group Product Owners to determine research objectives and define experiment hypotheses and support in research design.
- Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas with customers
- Lead and support discovery of the product/service lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits, and benchmarking
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts.
- Design journey maps, navigation design, sitemaps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes
- Identify market trends and patterns
- Perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept tests, etc. to gather evidence and data
- Provide actionable insights as an outcome of design activities and drive those insights into product and design plans with peers in the product management organization
- Leverage your insights and experience in design reviews and planning cycles to improve the team’s ability to deliver and implement world-class technology solutions
- Emerging technology monitoring- awareness of the wider digital economy and advances in technology; create stakeholder understanding how this impacts the organizational context
The profile
Successful candidate – Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in research, economics or related field required.
- Proven experience designing and conducting a range of formative and iterative methods applicable to all product stages from conception to release
- Solid leadership and influencing skills and proven experience in digital transformation initiatives
- Experience on agile methodologies
- Experience on driving digital capabilities development & adoption within function.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the implications of research finding in clear and compelling ways; translate research findings and evidence into actionable recommendations
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Facilitating decisions and risks: You can make and guide effective decisions, explaining clearly how the decision has been reached. You can understand technical complexity and risks, run collaborative design activities, influence others and build consensus.
