Auto Conversions Limited Trading as Wilker Auto Conversions (Wilker) is one of the leading vehicle converters in Ireland and the UK and is now growing to become an internationally recognised vehicle conversion specialist. It is headquartered in Clara Co. Offaly and also has a production facility in Sandbach, Cheshire UK.
Salary : up to €35,000 per annum.
Experience:
- As a minimum, candidates must have desire and willingness to learn and desire to become proficient in the area of vehicle conversions.
- Have the ability and eagerness to work as part of a team
- Trades such as Cabinet making or Carpentry are advantageous but not essential
- Experience in building purpose built vehicles will be an advantage along with a passion for quality & and delivering skilled workmanship.
- Working with a large range of materials you will be skilfully crafting purpose-built vehicles such as emergency response vehicles, buses and coaches.
- You'll be a numbers person with an ability to interpret plans and instructions. As well as possessing high technical knowledge you will share a strong interest in design and fabrication of various materials including timber, plastics, glass fibre and steel.
